Design and measure skills training programs that deliver meaningful impact
We help workforce and skills training organizations design better programs, understand participant experiences, and measure what’s working so they can continuously improve and demonstrate impact.
What You Get
BEFORE
You’re balancing program delivery, participant needs, funder expectations, and limited capacity while trying to make sense of what’s actually helping your programs improve.
AFTER
You have practical frameworks, clearer insight, and systems your team can use to strengthen implementation, support learning, and make informed decisions.
You don’t need another report.
You need insight you can use.
Lansaa helps organizations connect participant insight, implementation realities, and measurable outcomes to support stronger workforce systems over time.

MEASUREMENT
IMPACT
Too often, research and impact measurement become reporting exercises.
We take a learning-oriented approach to workforce and skills training programs, helping organizations strengthen systems across the full lifecycle of their work.
Research should guide action.
Measurement should support learning.
Impact should centre the people your programs are designed to serve.
Services
You don’t need more data.
You need insight you can use.
Choose the support that works for your team: a hands-on done-for-you approach or collaborative done-with-you support that builds your internal capacity.

Meet the Founder
You want to work with someone who understands both the people in your programs and the systems around them.
With more than 10 years of experience across career counselling, program delivery, workforce development, and research, Bissy L. Waariyo saw a common challenge: organizations were collecting valuable data and feedback but often lacked the time, capacity, or systems to turn it into meaningful learning.
She founded Lansaa Consulting to help organizations connect participant insight, implementation realities, and outcomes so they can strengthen programs, support learning, and create lasting impact.
