Community of Practice
A community of practice (CoP) brings together people who have mutual aspirations and excitement to collaborate with each other to reach a common goal. They come together to learn, exchange wisdom, and design solutions to tackle pressing challenges.
If you’re looking to start a CoP that offers a space to tackle challenges in skills training and workforce development, we can help you design and launch an inclusive community.
We utilize a value-creation framework approach to help you determine:
Goals of your CoP
Immediate value (What can members gain by joining)
Potential value (What members could gain in the short-term)
Applied value (How members benefit in the long-term)
Realized value (Contribution to systemic change)
